Refund/Return Policy for U-FIX-THE-TWIST

Thanks for purchasing our products or subscribing to our services at UFIXTHETWIST.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase if you return the product to us unused and in its original packaging. 

Additionally, please be advised that we do not cover the cost of shipping for the returned merchandise, however, we may choose to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to make the return process easier for you. If you are order is beyond the 30 day period, we will not authorize your return request.

The cost of this shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Returned items that appear to be used, opened, or damaged are not eligible to receive a full refund. All refunds will have a restocking fee however we may choose to waive this if the item is unopened.

Once the refund is issued, it may take up to 5 to 7 business days for it to reflect on your original method of payment.

After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the products within the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
